Children’s National Hospital, with the support of generous seed funding from the James A. and Alice B. Clark Foundation, embarked on comprehensively meeting the mental health needs of the perinatal, infant and child population in the District through 10 initiatives across the Clark Infant-Toddler and Prenatal Pillars. Attendees will learn how these initiatives invest in services, policy, and research that improve the health and well-being of infants, children, and their families upstream and multi-generationally. The ultimate goal of these efforts is to support families achieving long-term, generational health and wellness by serving the gestational parent, caregiver-child dyad and the whole child. |
