Feliz Mes de la Herencia Hispana, únase a nosotros en nuestro tercer episodio sobre la salud materna en la comunidad latina. En la sesión de hoy hablaremos sobre la importancia de la salud mental en las madres y sus familias y cómo la han afrontado durante la emergencia de COVID-19. Nuestras invitadas de hoy: Cheryl Aguilar, fundadora del Centro de Esperanza para el Bienestar (Hope Center for Wellness), la Dra. Ana Sierra, Consejería PLLC (Counseling PLLC), y Maria Gómez, supervisora clínica, Programa de Salud Mental de OCU, One Community, y moderadora: Jackie Reyes, Directora de la Oficina de la Alcaldesa para Asuntos Latinos.

 

Happy Hispanic Heritage Month. Join us for our third episode on maternal health in the Latino community. In today’s session, we’ll talk about the importance of mental health in mothers and their families and how it has been copped during the COVID-19 emergency. Today’s guests: Cheryl Aguilar, Founder Hope Center for Wellness, Dr. Ana Sierra, PHD, Counseling PLLC, and Maria Gomez, Clinical Supervisor, OCU Mental Health Program, One Community, and the moderator: Jackie Reyes, Director of the Mayor’s Office of Latino Affairs.
