#MaternalMondays – Prematurity Awareness

January 6, 2021

Prematurity Awareness Happy November! It’s Prematurity Awareness month, and we’re joined by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc.,

Omicron Phi Zeta Chapter to discuss prematurity resources and things mothers can do to advocate for themselves and their babies.

One out of every eleven babies are born prematurely, and we hope this segment will be useful in lessening this statistic.

Many thanks to Sybongile Cook, Carla Blake, Tikina Lewis and Rashida Madison for leading this discussion and the work they do to combat prematurity year-round.
